We bake real European bread. Homemade wholegrain sourdough, mixed with German wholegrain flour. Crispy crust, cotton soft heart. You can smell the aroma of grain, you can taste the nature of wheat.

We have 80% less sugar than Taiwanese bread. We don’t focus on butter smell or taste,there’s only lightly sea salt and grain flour’s nature sweeten taste.

成分:德國全麥麵粉、全麥野酵、鹽、歐洲奶油、純水

重量:280 ~ 300 克

保存及建議食用方式:冷凍可保存一個月,解凍後2天。麵包加熱,邊蒸邊烤或先退冰再烤。沒有蒸氣功能表面要先噴水,任何加熱工具都是180 度,8 ~ 15 分鐘,依照烤箱、氣炸鍋或電鍋強度做調整。
