We raise our own rye sourdough with imported German rye flour. It’s a nature great starter for baking bread. It has got crispy crust, cotton soft heart and slightly rye flour taste.

Storage : Fresh baked in 3 days. Keep frozen up to 1 Months. Consume in 2 days.
