堅持只用新鮮的雞蛋和鮮奶,加上天然的奶油,表皮酥脆,麵包心鬆軟,不像外面的鮮奶麵包有著又油又膩的口感,我們的麵包只有淡淡的乳香,還有不油不膩的香味,是歐式麵包當中的另外一種選擇。

Milk bread is also know as French Brioche, Butter bread. It has got rich butter, sugar and milk taste, which is good for coffee and snacks.

產品內容:麵粉、天然酵母、鹽、糖、人道飼養雞蛋、義美鮮奶、紐西蘭奶油
保存及建議食用方式:冷凍可保存一個月,解凍後請於當日食用完畢。麵包加熱,邊蒸邊烤或先退冰再烤。沒有蒸氣功能表面要先噴水,任何加熱工具都是180 度,8 ~ 15 分鐘,依照烤箱、氣炸鍋或電鍋強度做調整。

Storage : Fresh baked in 3 days. Keep frozen up to 1 Months. Consume in 2 days after defrost.
