Tired of Asian sweet greasy bread? We bake real European bread. Our bread has got crispy crust and cotton soft heart, slightly sea salt and grain flour’s nature taste. Our recipe is 80% sugar less than Asian bread. We don’t focus on creamy butter taste, but only healthy and delightful feeling after having them.

保存及建議食用方式:麵包最好的保存方式是冷凍,這樣才能維持麵包心組織鬆軟,不繼續斷裂。冷凍可保存一個月,解凍後2天就要食用完畢。麵包加熱,邊蒸邊烤或先退冰再烤。沒有蒸氣功能表面要先噴水,任何加熱工具都是180 度,8 ~ 15 分鐘,依照烤箱、氣炸鍋或電鍋強度做調整。
