We bake real European bread. Crispy crust and cotton soft heart, slightly sea salt and grain flour’s natural taste. Our recipe is 80% sugar less than Asian bread. We don’t focus on creamy butter taste, but only healthy and delightful feeling after having them.

保存及建議食用方式:麵包最好的保存方式是冷凍,這樣才能維持麵包心組織鬆軟,不繼續斷裂。冷凍可保存一個月,解凍後當天就要食用完畢。麵包加熱,邊蒸邊烤或先退冰再烤。沒有蒸氣功能表面要先噴水,任何加熱工具都是180 度,8 ~ 15 分鐘,依照烤箱、氣炸鍋或電鍋強度做調整。
