We bake real European bread. This white farm loaf has got crispy crust and cotton soft heart, slightly sea salt and grain flour’s nature taste. Our recipe is 80% sugar less than Asian bread. We don’t focus on creamy butter taste, but only healthy and delightful feeling after having them.

產品內容:麵粉、酵母、鹽、糖、葡萄籽油、純水

保存及建議食用方式:冷凍一個月,解凍後2天。麵包加熱,邊蒸邊烤或先退冰再烤。沒有蒸氣功能表面要先噴水,任何加熱工具都是180 度,8 ~ 15 分鐘,依照烤箱、氣炸鍋或電鍋強度做調整。
