建議保存及烹調方式:費雪家香腸到貨時為新鮮冷凍肉品,冷凍保存期限為六個月,解凍後為一天。食用時需烹煮,先解凍,香煎、火烤或水煮都可以。我們比較推薦用平底鍋小火慢煎。慢慢翻轉,直至每一面呈現微焦咖啡色。加芥末醬及歐式麵包最道地,煎熟切塊搭配各式飲烈及下酒菜也很對味~

Storage and Preparation: This product is sold frozen and cooking is required. Keep frozen up to 6 Months. Consume within 1 day after defrosting. Sausages can be fried, boiled, or grilled. We recommend cooking sausages in a frying pan over medium-high heat until brown on both sides. Make sure sausages are fully cooked before serving. The internal temperature should be 75 degrees C.
